We have continued developing our AI/AR Community of Practice, which has attracted faculty members from across the campus. With busy lives, some faculty have been able to attend regularly, and others join from time to time. This community has become a valuable space for witnessing how faculty are actively practicing appreciative resilience—both in support of their students and for their own professional growth.
Several members presented at TRU’s Teaching Practices Colloquium, and Christina represented the group at the Thompson-Okanagan Teaching and Learning Conference.
Christina and Carolyn were accepted to present at the Lilly Conference in Austin, Texas. We collaborated throughout the development of the presentation, and Christina ultimately delivered it on behalf of both of us. Below are the PowerPoint slides and handouts from the conference.
